There is a toilet that is locked, please ask for a key to access.

Please do not ask the therapist to rush your treatment allow enough time at the start to go to the bathroom, grab a drink and be ready for your chosen time. The therapist is usually on time but occasionally there will be delays out of our control. Please always allow an extra 1 hour for delays post treatment before booking other commitments.

Most treatments require relaxation, hygiene or eyes closed. We love children however please refrain from bringing young children to your treatment under 5 years as you may not be able to tend to them during a treatment. You can also relax and enjoy the pampering. For some treatments like waxing please check with therapist so we can accommodate you and babies in prams.

Booking Fee

By making a booking, you agree to be bound by our booking policy. A booking fee of $50.00 for lashes or $!00 for eyebrows microblading, Plasma or any appointment greater than 2 hours will secure your date and time. Bookings are not confirmed until a booking fee is paid. This is for both new and existing clients for new services. Should a booking fee not have been paid at the time. The cancellation will be deducted over the phone at time of cancellation.

All appointments two weeks leading up to Xmas or peak holiday times will require a booking fee to secure appointment.

As a courtesy, we will send you a text reminder 48hrs prior to your scheduled date. We understand that you may need to change, cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hrs notice should If you reschedule your appointment, your Booking Fee will transferred to the new time or refunded should you no longer wish to proceed. We do our best to accommodate last minute changes, however because of the high demand we can not always fit you in immediately.

In the event that you miss your appt or pre-paid package treatment due to the following:

• Late and no time to complete service
• Missed reminder message
• Forgetting appointment or “no showing”.
• Last minute work roster changes.
• Double booking.

The booking fee or a cancellation fee may be charged. A new booking fee will be required to secure another appointment. This covers the lost hourly rate and running costs of the business. We appreciate life and emergencies happen and value your support and understanding of our time and policy.

In the event of emergencies that are extreme and prevent clients from attending, accidents, death in family, or hospitalisation. The owner will use discretion for such circumstances.

This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending your scheduled appointment and to protect Le Beauty secrets in the incident of late cancels and no shows which greatly impacts our small business.
